Kritaps Porzingis is on his way to the bay where he is set to play his first pair of games.

For the last two years, Porzingis has been diagnosed with POTS. This diagnosis is something that makes your heart rate speed up by simply standing up.

This “injury” has been the reason for not being able to play just over 42 games the last couple seasons. Although there is absolutely no cure for this diagnosis, there are ways to slow it down. Those of which include very specific dieting and excersizes.

Although it’s incurable, the warriors sports medicine manager in Rick Celebrini has had a history of keeping injury prone players on the court.

The most recent player being Otto Porter Jr during the warriors championship run. Porter went from 25 games played the season before… all the way to 63 games with the warriors ultimately helping them win the nba championship.

So although Porzingis may never be completely healthy, if there is one person who can help him stay on the court, it’s none other than the warriors “rick Celebrini”.
